Objective

Salesforce’s options are unlimited. You can customize it to fit your company in any way. There were a few ideas I had to revise and update some of its features. One: to include a timeline where colleagues can view job status. Two: Where can forms be relocated and how to keep potential users on product page to eventually provide information. Finally, three: Will a message board be useful to customers to receive information faster.

Messaging

In a work/office environment, we need to communicate more than ever to make sure projects run smoothly. Above I have added a new feature to the Chatter area. Here, colleagues will be able to communicate, not only through posts, but through instant messaging windows as well. Groups working on the same project will be able to contact each other, with past conversations saved for future reference.

Next…

I will be focusing on features that can be added to instant messaging. Can meetings be made through the same window? Creating group chats. Video conferences. Sharing presentations.
